Southern Sun RV Resort is the perfect waterfront base in Okeechobee, Florida for your adventures like fresh water fishing, boating and hiking. When the adventures are done come on home and partake in our wide range of RV Park activities from card games to bingo in our activity room or just relax and drop a line off of the dock and see what you catch.

When you’re ready to stay for a while we will roll out the red carpet. Southern Sun is a great community for long term residents and snowbirds who are interested in longer stays in a Florida RV Park.
Our oversized RV sites with full 30 and 50 amp hookups make long-term stays easier, as they have a direct connection to water, electricity and sewer. Bring all of your toys since most of our large lots will fit your RV, boat, and two vehicles with room to spare. Your RV will have most of the conveniences you enjoy at home including complimentary WiFi, bathhouse, and Laundry Facilities.
